Special Orders

Neat Uniforms is particularly sensitive to those who may require special or custom uniform items due to size, maternity, physical challenges. There are no extra fees or service charges for these custom orders, and they are handled confidentially and professionally.

Product Care

In order to help maximize the life of the product, washing instructions are outlined on the labels of all of our garments.

Return & Exchanges

Items in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days with original receipt and must be returned to the location of purchase (note: items purchased between June 1st through August 31st may be exchanged or refunded until September 30th). Item(s) must not be altered, washed, worn and with tags on.

If you have purchased your items online or through our call center, you may return them to the store that services your school or you may ship products back to our Head Office.

The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item shipped was incorrect or damaged. Some conditions may apply.

  • Clearance items, custom-made garments and hosiery are final sale.
  • Price adjustments will be made with the original receipt, within 7 days of purchase.
  • Price adjustments will not be made for clearance merchandise.

Product Guarantee

Our Guarantee ensures that we will stand behind the quality of all our products. We offer a one-year guarantee on manufacturer’s defects. The warranty assessment is either done at the store that services your school or by shipping the item(s) to us.

PST Exempt Form

If student is below 15 years old. Please print/fill the PST exempt form and send to us at info@neatuniforms to reimburse PST back to your credit card. Click Here to download the form.

Shipping and Handling

In stock items will be shipped within 2-5 business days and out of stock items may take 6-8 weeks.

Shipments are via Canada Post.

Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.

Order Confirmation: You'll receive two emails after you place your order:
The first confirms that your order was received. This email will arrive within about 5 minutes.
The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse, and includes canada post tracking number.
